Battery won’t charge. And customer service won’t reply
Had it for approximately one year and the lithium battery stopped working. Trying to replace it and I can't find one.
After one year the EV 691 cordless vacuum isn’t functioning properly. It only runs 30 seconds. If restarted it runs 15-20 seconds then after 4-5 restarts, it won’t turn on again. It waits half an hour then can be restarted for about 20 seconds.
